This year, Sircle is celebrating our 30th birthday.
We’re proud to say we’ve come a long way since our conception in 1992, where we were formerly known as Topscan and provided document scanning and CAD services to local MEP contractors. Today, we can offer our clients over 50 different services, and we have become synonymous with the provision of accurate estate information.
