What is a Utility Survey?

Utility surveys are one of the most beneficially proactive surveys you can have done before undertaking any building project.

These non-intrusive surveys aim to locate the positions of buried services, such as power, water, sewerage and telecommunications, so they are not interrupted during excavation or building works. This helps prevent costly delays and reduces risks.
