What is a Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) Survey?

A Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) survey is an essential tool for any building owner/occupier, enabling them to maintain and manage their building proactively, usually over a five to 10 year period. A PPM survey will also minimise any unexpected reactive costs, ensuring controlled budgeting and management.
