At Sircle, we are committed to continual improvement and professional development. As a testament to our high standards and ethos of providing a quality service to our clients, we are a member of a number of professional organisations and trade bodies.
Our staff are also able to demonstrate their expertise through individual professional accreditations and certifications.
ISO 9001 – Quality Management
This international standard assesses Sircle’s quality management system– this means we have a consistent, tried and tested approach to ensuring our products and services meet both regulatory and customer requirements.

ISO 14001- Environmental Management Systems
We are committed to conducting business in an environmentally responsible and sustainable way across the board, from our internal processes to the planning and execution of the wide range of services we deliver for our customers. We are proud of the fact that we meet ISO 14001 standards.

ISO 45001- Health and Safety
At Sircle, we continually strive to preserve the Health, Safety and Welfare of our employees and of those with whom they come into contact while performing the tasks their job. We are proud that the way we survey, review, produce and manage our clients property and estate information within the UK and European markets has been certified to meeting ISO 45001 standards.

RICS
Since July 2020, we have proudly held RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) status, a well-known symbol of “the highest ethics and integrity” in the property industry. This accreditation gives clients further assurance that the services we offer to them are being provided to a consistent and recognised standard of excellence.
Bloom
Since 2018 Sircle has been an accredited supplier to Bloom, which specialises in bringing together a community of buyers and suppliers to help the public sector buy professional services better through the NEPRO framework.
SafeContractor
Sircle have been SafeContractor accredited since March 2021. This accreditation goes a long way to affirm our dedication to the industry and the Health & Safety of our clients and staff.
Cyber Essentials PLUS
In September 2023, Sircle were awarded a Certificate of Assurance after meeting all of the requirements of Cyber Essentials PLUS. This government-backed scheme helps protect organisations, whatever their size, against a whole range of the most common cyber attacks. The Cyber Essentials PLUS certificate is often regarded as a more reliable certification because of its external verification measures.
Fire Protection Association
Since 2020, Sircle has been a member of the Fire Protection Association (FPA). The FPA is the UK’s national fire safety organisation, and membership grants our team access to constant updates and insights into fire legislation changes, industry events, training and resources.
ConstructionLine
We are a silver member of Construction Line and therefore meet the PAS 91 standard and pre-qualify across core modules required by Public and Private sector buyers.
Perfect Circle Framework
In 2022 Sircle became an approved member of the Perfect Sircle Framework. This means if you are a public sector authority, it is even easier access to the range of services that we offer.
