What is a Schedule of Condition (SOC)?
A Schedule of Condition (SOC) is a professionally prepared detailed recording of the condition of a building, with written descriptions of building elements with extensive photographs. This gives a clear record of the condition of a building, which can then be used for future reference to establish its previous condition. This type of survey can be prepared for both residential or commercial buildings and their surrounding areas.
