An M&E (Mechanical and Electrical) asset condition survey is a detailed assessment of a building’s mechanical and electrical systems. It records the condition, age, lifecycle, and maintenance needs of each asset, helping you plan repairs, replacements, and budgets more effectively. The results feed into an asset register and CAFM system, supporting compliance, reducing risk, and improving long-term estate management.
Our team of in-house and experienced surveyors will evaluate your entire estate to review the condition of the mechanical and electrical systems to enable building services operate effectively.
Looking at each mechanical system, and in this detail, allows us to measure both the efficiency of your systems and their expected lifespan. We’re also able to identify if there are any problems that might affect the building services and forecast any future issues if we can see something isn’t working as it should. We will provide a full report for future reference.
