The Vacancy
Due to our continued success, we have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic candidate at an intermediate or senior level to join us as a land, building & services surveyor to be based in Greater London or in the East Midlands. The successful applicant will join us at a perfect time for the growth of the business and be ideally placed to develop and progress personally.

Key Responsibilities
- To carry out various Measured Building and Land Surveys:
- 3D laser scanning
- Scan 2 CAD
- Scan 2 BIM
- Topographical Surveys
- General Arrangement surveys using Disto measurer
- Area Measurement Surveys
- To process site data using n4ce, MBS, FARO Scene or Leica Cyclone
- To create 2D drawings, including general arrangement plans, elevations, sections, reflective ceiling plans, topographical survey drawings, site plans etc.
Essential Experience/ Requirements
- Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Land and Building Surveys
- Monitoring systems to assess risks
- Clean driving license
- Be willing to travel throughout the UK and work flexible hours
- To comply with all work-related and behavioural company policies
- Be aware, comply with and contribute to the company’s Quality Management System requirements
Skills
- Strong project management skills
- Good IT skills, confident with MS Office
- Ability to extract relevant data and provide clear and concise reports for others
- Attention to detail
- Good organisation and good verbal and written communication skills
- Must be able to communicate effectively in a clear, articulate, and persuasive manner
- Exceptional customer care focus
- Take responsibility for own work
Qualifications
- Be Professionally qualified to Degree, HNC/D or RICS standard
Desirable Experience/ Requirements
- Creating 3D architecture and/or MEP Models using Revit from point cloud data
- Experience using Faro or Leica laser scanners
- Experience in project collaboration using BIM360
- Undertaking drone surveys, processing photogrammetry
- Have a CSCS card
- Have enhanced DBS
- Knowledge and passion for the use of technology to gather asset management data
