- Construction – Capture of detailed areas of complex structures to ensure the BIM process is supported, verification, and monitoring
- Facility management – The ability to view and manage large complex estates without leaving the office as well as the ability to have a virtual view of your estates or difficult to access areas and the addition of condition surveys
- Historical preservation – Capture of historically important properties as part of the preservation process or for rebuild should disaster strike.
Using a highly accurate Laser Scanner capable of taking up to one million measurements per minute with an accuracy of +/- 2mm over a range of up to 130 meters, we are able to capture the as-built environment with unrivalled accuracy in order to create a digital representation of the scanned area which can then be used to create a Revit model in line with your requirements or BEP (BIM Execution Plan).
